My dog ate Similac.

I have a black lab that *normally* minds his manners. I went shopping yesterday and left DH with DS and the dog. he called 2 hours into my trip to ask how much formula was left in the can on the counter.

I said "about half, why?"

"the dog ate it all."

He has been farting non-stop today.

Well, at least he is stocked up on vitamins and nutrients I guess. ?

My dog gets in the trash and eats the liners that have the formula in them, or he will eat the bottle if i leave it out.

LOL my dog ate the rest of the aquaphor that was left, as well as a poopie diaper today.  Aye!

I don't know what it is with dogs and formula.  I used to have baggies with pre-measured formula for when i would be out and about.  I had them inside the diaper bag, in a small pocket.  we woke up one morning to bits of plastic all over the foyer, and all of the formula gone.  a whole 8 ounces worth. 

and ditto on eating the bottle if i leave it out. And he is usually such a good puppy...formula has turned him bad.

My Chihuahua ate one of DS's diapers once.  DH was furious.  He thought she was going to die....LOL she didn't but she sure did smell like PISS.
