how to attach ff chart to post

Im sorry i know this question has been asked many times. Could someone please tell me how to attach my ff chart as a link please? Thanks

Just find your home page url (www.fertilityfriend.com/home/yourusername) and copy and paste the link. If you want to put it in your siggy, just go to the edit profile section of your profile and insert it there.
