Bleeding again.

Just when I thought the bleeding was over.  I have been bleeding on and off since week 5.  It has been over a week and a half since the last episode, so I finally thought it was done.

Nope, I go to the bathroom today and red blood in the toliet and on the toilet paper again.  I just wish someone could tell me why this is happening.  I have been resting all day.

Anyone bleed on and off their entire pregnancy?  I am scared.  I will call the OB  first thing in the morning - but she doesnt know why I bleed.

Ugg.  Any insight would be appreciaited.

Oh that must be so scary and frustrating.  Since it has been happening and hasn't turned out to be negative for the baby, hopefully this instance is the same but I am sure it is hard not to worry.  Your DR never found a bleed in your uterus or irritation on your cervix?  Seems like those seem to be the common causes of bleeding on here.

In any case, I hope it stops soon and doesn't return and the rest of your pregnancy is worry free!

Oh, I am so very sorry that you are experiencing this.  I bled on and off from week 7 until almost 13 weeks.  I had 2 big bleeding episodes and then some spotting every day in between.  It stopped the day I went into the second tri.  I had a subchorionic hemaoma that caused my bleeding.  Basically a bruise in my uterus that happened during implantation.  In some instances they get reabsorbed by the body and in some, you bleed them out.

I know how frustrating it is.  I still am scared every time I go to the bathroom and I am at 20 weeks now.  Hang in there, although scary things can turn out just fine.

I bled from the beginning until nearly 20 weeks, We never found a cause and my OB was never worried, unless it was clots. The couple times I passed clots, she did have me come in, but as you can see in my siggy, all was well!

It is terrifying and I hope it stops for you...
