TTC After a Loss

Darn it, back to square 1
Just back from vacation and took a pg test and bfn. I was sure I m/c'd about a week ago after some cramping, bleeding, and clots. I see my OB on Thursday which I'm sure he'll confirm the loss. I'm not really sure what happens after this, hopefully I'll be on to an RE.
