1. Highlight the text you want to link.
2. Press the "link chain" icon in the toolbar above.
3. You'll get a little form to fill out. Put in the URL of the link and then press the "Insert" button. (If you can't see the insert button just drag the window bigger.) You can also choose to have it open in a new window.
The same thing goes if you want to do a PIP -- press on the icon that looks like a tree next to the happy face and fill out the form.
Enjoy!
Re: PSA: How to make a link "clicky"
Interesting -- can you tell me your browser and operating system? I've used Mac and PC with Firefox and a PC with IE and it works there. Thanks!
For the love of all things Knot related, can you have them reset the default size for the link box so that the insert button shows up without having to tab to it, or make the box bigger? I know it takes 4.3 seconds to edit the scripting to change the popup size.
Same goes for the "tree" insert picture box.
I would be forever grateful. Then we can move onto fixing the beige shortcut links up top.
Just testing it using Firefox on a Mac
Looks good from here...
Thanks for the PSA!
Just testing PIP
I cannot express how much I love you right now! LOL I totally understand!
