Tips for babyproofing or keeping them out of trouble

Does anyone have an tips or suggestions for keeping mobile twins safe?  Our kitchen cabinet doors have the latches, we have outlet plugs and a few gates.  Our main floor is very open and I'm having difficulty keeping them in one area.  I don't want to just restrict them to our basement (their playroom).  Any tips?

We hired a company to come in & tell us how to make our entire house 100% baby safe.  They give you a quote with everything on it.  You can choose whether to have them install everything or just use them as a guide & do it yourself.  It's crazy the things you wouldn't think to do.  Now, our entire main level & most of our upstairs is babyproofed:)

We babyproofed the livingroom, dining room, and hall, and put gates and door knob locks that keep them out of other rooms.  For example, even though we have our kitchen cabinet with the cleaning stuff childlocked, the girls to not have access to the kitchen.  We also keep them out of the bathrooms using doorknob childproofing, except for baths.
