Stainless Steel Pots...do you have them??

Thinking about getting some new pots...nice xmas gift to myself right?    We could really use them I am so done with nonstick, teflon pans.  The next set of pots I want to last  a long time. 

What kind do you have?

What condition are they in and how long have you had them?

I have some Calphalon SS pots/pans.  They've done much better than my non-stick Calphalons.  I've had them over 4 years and they look pretty good.

I REALLY want a set of new pots!  I have some crappy teflon pots that were handme downs.  DH refuses to get me them for Christmas since they are "not fun" but i hope he changes his mind...I can't justify spending money on them!

I have Revere Ware and I love them.  I got them at my wedding shower 5 years ago and they look great.  My mom has Revere Ware pots from the 80's and they look the same as mine, and they are very used.  I had nonstick before and I much prefer the stainless steel.

I think I have Paul Revere or something? I got them when my grandma died 12 years ago. I like them but DH hates them because food always sticks in the skillet for him. The key to that is to put some cold oil in the warm pan, then the food!
