Does anyone have this wagon

We got dd this last year for christmas.  Well we did not set it up untill a few weeks ago and the wheels dont turn.  Its to late to take it back to target and I dont have the receipt anymore.  I put it together like the manual told me to.  If I call raido flyer do you think they will do anything.  Im not even going to use it.  We bought her a new one that was cheaper and is like the older raido flyers with the wooden sides that the wheels move on.  Now I just feel like we wasted $75 on a wagon that I wont even sell on CL because it sucks.  I thought getting a wagon from raido flyer would be best because they have been making them for as long as I could remember.  Any of you have this problem

We don't have that one, but we do have a RF, and from what I know, their customer service is awesome.  I'd just call them and get them to either help you, or send you new parts. 

 

My friends have that exact one and love it.  It has great reviews all around, so it just sounds like you got a dud.

We do, we've had it for 3yrs.  No problems...are you 100% sure you put the wheels on the right way?  If so, yeah, i'd call them.

As far as I know they are.  I will call them monday and see what they say maybe I did something wrong.

We have it too.  It's been great, no problems at all.  Sam loves to ride in it.  I would definitley call RF.  I've heard they have really good customer service.
