Happy B-Day!! I'm TTC even though I still haven't found a job, but time is of the essence so I can't postpone it. GL with the job search! In other news, remember my mortgage woes? I finally got a loan modification and they gave me the initial teaser rate for 5 yrs. They also lowered the interest on my second mortgage, so we will be paying $600 less a month than we used to. I wish the teaser rate was good for longer than 5 yrs but they could only do this for me right now. We'll see what happens later on...

Yay for the loan mod! ?Yeah I have the teaser rate for 5 years too, but the remainder rate is still a little less than my original rate, when we bought the house. ?We are hoping that the market will come back and we will be able to upgrade in about 5 years, so...

I am sure that $600 will make a difference. ?

We were paying $3378 on our 1st and it got lowered to $2160, our second was $1356, it got lowered to $771, but that is only temporary. ?We are quite satisfied with it.?

Happy Birthday! 35 has been a great year for me (got engaged, married and starting TTC) so I hope it will be good for you too. Good Luck with the job hunt, I know how exhausting that is.

At first I thought the topic was something else. That's why I openned the thread. But... 

Congrats!   I just passed into 36, wow! sometimes that is hard to believe, but I agree 35 was a good year for me.  Got married.  Sister got married.  And I went off BC in April.  I was shocked at how sore I was the 1st few cycles off it.  At 1st I was convinced maybe I was PG cause I was so D*&% sore and a bit late.  But prior to BC my cycles have always been pretty iregular anyway.  And just after I turned 36 found out I'm PG with #1.  Well that's a great start to the next year of my life. Kinda crazy though cause I had just decided to stop TTC for a bit and have corrective eye surgery so I could ditch glasses. Well so much for vanity. 

Well I digressed from the topic a bit there.  I'm new here & I guess that's my way of introducing myself.  The full story is actually kind of amusing.  I was putting it here but it's pretty D*&% long & so off topic I just decided to save it to word & find some more appropriate place to post it.

Well anyway congrats on the bday.  And wish you all the best in the coming year.  Maybe your 35 will be as good for you as mine was.
