I looked for a forum just for this subject but didn't find anything, so forgive me if this is against the rules.
This scan was taken at 12+4. The tech said he wouldn't even try to guess gender because it's too early, but where's the fun in that? I shared these images a few other places, and most people who tried to guess gender said it looked like a feminine nub. Only a couple said boy. Others said there isn't enough of a nub to see and still others said they don't see a nub at all! So what do you think?

Re: 12 week ultrasound, boy or girl?
Also, not many people find it fun to guess the sex of an internet strangers' unborn child. And theories are just that. Theories. No real science behind them.
On that note, congrats! You're having a baby!! Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.
Just kidding. But seriously it's too early. If your healthcare provider couldn't tell, what makes you think a bunch of strangers on the internet can? Just wait until your 20 week ultrasound like everyone else.

There is something called the "Nub Theory," which isn't exactly science but they claim to have a higher chance of predicting baby's sex at 12 weeks.

Even still, just wait. You'll know soon enough.
2. It's way too early to tell. Our doctor said the earliest you can possibly tell is at 20 weeks and sometimes you have to wait a little longer so if you're at 12 weeks you have another 8 weeks to go at least.
