@shstephenson not too sure bc it looks like you skipped a day with the opks. If you had a positive opk in there just a little sooner, I would be going with cd10 too, except for the fact that you also know you were ill, so that can definitely skew them. You have good yiming so far regardless, so just see what happens how it pans out in the next few days and maybe FF will adjust your CH.

@BitterBetty12@berg I knew I'd see some Auntie Ann's from the Jersey girls! @Mamashan12 Are you doing anything for your back? My PT said I need to let them know as soon as we start trying because they can't do ultrasound, stim, RPT, or traction when you're pregnant. @Daisy621 I flew into Miami from Grand Cayman on the 9th. Signs at the airport did warn about Zika, but last I checked, it was limited to that one town. @Nelbetron I think any info you can give FF is helpful. It got to know me so fast mostly by temping every day. I would start now. @shstephenson Any illness or infection can mess with temps (although I rarely get a fever when sick) but I would put it in FF and put illness under specifics. @Scarlett830 So sorry for your loss. This is the place. Post away!
It's funny how it's the little things in life that mean the most...not where you live, or what you drive, or the price tag on your clothes... There's no dollar sign on a piece of mind, this I've come to know! *ZBB*
@eggplantface My EWCM is always super trustworthy as well so it came to a point where I was like, why am I bothering with this when I already know when the true estrogen surge hits? It was frustrating because I did like my CBAD!
@swimsister Sorry about your DH, that really sucks.
Month/Cycle: 4/4
CD: 17
WAYDTGKU: PNV, CM, CP. Not sure if I O’d yet, but will continue HIO
EOD for a bit.
R/R: Got some flames at work I am trying to put out this morning, Happy Monday!
CS/Q: My temps are a mess this cycle, no patterns yet and no O that I can
pinpoint…feel free to check it out in my siggy.
GTKY: What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you haven’t

Love Auntie Annes! Their pretzels are so delicious! (holla

@MollyandD How odd! (Definitely just spent the last ten minutes reading about niacin haha) I'm glad you aren't actually allergic to spinach, though!
@swimsister If your temps didn't rise, it was likely a false surge. Maybe your body knew DH wasn't ready and held off for you!
@Scarlett830 I'm sorry for your loss. You are very much welcome here, though like I wish for everyone, I hope you won't have to be for long.
@slam1110 I have an interpretation idea for you: CD13 O, CD14 high temp, CD15 fallback rise, and CD16-17 higher temps. This (kind of) aligns with your CD13-14 EWCM and CP. This involves dropping your open-circle high temps before CD13 but it could work.
@BusinessWife - good luck! Hope everything is good with your SA results tomorrow. @Scarlett830 - So sorry for your loss! Yes, I was told to count the day of bleeding as CD1 as well. I hope you're feeling okay. I was a mess, DH wasn't around, and it started at work. I spent the day of my MC on the phone with doctors/nurses.
Month/Cycle: 6/4
CD: 3
WAYDTGKU: Waiting for AF to leave. And temping.
R/R: Ugh.
CS/Q: Opinion time: So, based on my average cycle length, if we are successful this month (not likely since I may be gone on/right before O) our due date would be about May 29th. I am MOH in my best friends wedding on June 10, and the wedding is a 7 hour drive from home. So, assuming everything went PERFECTLY and it arrives on time (not late), I would have to travel with an infant and be in a wedding less than 2 weeks after... Do we TTA this month, so I can be there for the friend, or since our odds aren't that great this month, try and hope everything goes smooth and make it work if we succeed? I'm really torn between my best friend and my want to start a family. I don't want to ruin her wedding, but I don't know what our chances are and don't want to keep postponing for the "perfect time".
GTKY: What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you havent been to the mall in a while, what is your favourite guulty-pleasure fast food/junk food treat? I haven't been to a mall in AGES, and I really haven't been to a food court in forever. I am always a fan of Jamba Juice though, or anywhere with coffee ice cream.
WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, Clearblue Fertility Monitor (plus prenatal, Omega 3, B100, vitamin C, CoQ-10, green tea). EOD starts now!
R/R: I think my thermometer might be dying (two sets of duplicate temps recently), but I finally got a high reading on my monitor!
CS/Q: -
GTKY: What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you havent been to the mall in a while, what is your favourite guulty-pleasure fast food/junk food treat? New York Fries - I'm all about the poutine
@KhRun17 IMHO I would not TTA. If you are lucky enough to conceive this cycle you will deal with the wedding situation then. If she is truly your best friend she will be happy for you and understand.

I get where @laurad75 is coming from and depending on other factors like age I would agree, but for me, I probably would TTA this cycle (or at least NTNP). What you are describing sounds like a nightmare for a newborn baby, or for a pregnancy that lasts longer than 40 weeks as they sometimes do. I wouldn't want to miss the wedding. All that said -- I would also delay making a decision until I was actually about to O and figure out exactly where the due date might be just in case. Good luck.
@KhRun17 I agree with @laurad75. At this point, I wouldn't TTA for anything. If you get KU, you will make it work (whether that means making it to the wedding, or having to bow out from it) and hopefully your friend will be understanding!

@KhRun17 I was MOH in my sister's wedding, a 10 hour drive away, last june. With my normal cycle length, I would have ovulated so that I'd be due ON her wedding day. But we tried anyway. Wouldn't you know it, I ovulated a week and a half later than normal and wound up pregnant, due 10 days after the wedding.
I was the fattest MOH ever, but I was there. I went to the Dr the day before leaving and she said labor didn't look eminent. I lined up a Dr in the city where the wedding was located just in case. But DD held off until 8 days after we got back home, arriving 1 day early.
I wouldn't change it for anything. If I had to miss the wedding, my sister would have been bummed but she would have understood. A wedding really is just one day. A baby is yours forever. I wouldn't TTA. If you can't make it your friend will unserstand.
Also fwiw, I felt physically normal 3 weeks after birth, but DD was a colicky nightmare who hated the car with a fiery passion...if I had a wedding to attend that far away when she was that little I would not have gone unless that person was extremely important to me. Like my actual sibling probably. But it is different for everyone!
Hey ladies, its been a while but I'm back. I guess we're ready to do this thing.....
Month/Cycle: 9/8 i think... something like that. I need to take a better look

WAYDTGKU: we're both on vitamins, trying to get everything to where it needs to be for us both. Talking about making appts for me for bloodwork (maybe u/s to check out my fibroid) and SA for DHI took a break from charting the last 3 months in terms of temping (still tracking BD'ing and body specifics, just no CM temping or CP) so getting back into the temping rhythm again
R/R: work has been... weird. new system, no training, potentially being forced into a new position but no clue when any of us will find out. DH's ex is still dragging us through court, blah blah blah. But in better news WE FINALLY HAVE INTERNET!!!!! hehe comcast and verizon both said we were in a no service area. He just keeps saying he wants to stay with mommy and daddy, and it's killing me! I know he'll be fine once he gets there and remembers how much fun it is, but I think getting on the bus the first day back is going to be rough.
CS/Q: Do you ever feel like you can just tell you're going to have a weird cycle?? I swear, this one just seems off so far to me. First, it started a week early which is very odd for me. Then I never had any super heavy AF days which I usually do. Now by this point in my cycle I have usually started ewcm and there has been none so far, except 1 time 2 nights ago, with a little spotting. All OPKs have been glaringly negative thus far as well, stark white. In previous cycles by this time, I was at least getting darker lines, and got my positive on CD12 last month. Temps are kind of hovering. It's just weird. I know it can change at any time and there is no "normal" but it's just odd.
GTKY:
What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you havent

@KhRun17 I second @laurad75 If you happen to end up getting KU this cycle, what a great problem to have! You'll cross that bridge if/when you get to it... ;)
@adirat Thank you for the CS! Need to google this "fallback rise" you speak of. Just checked CM and CP again, more creamy and cervix feels a bit more closed and lower, but not 100% sure since I've only just started checking and haven't figured out my "normal" yet.

R/R: Started getting a lot of ewcm yesterday after not seeing much of anything. Then had a temp spike this morning (not as high as my usual post O temps), so i thought maybe I O'd last night which would've sucked on timing, but luckily I'm also seeing a lot of ewcm today too. So if I ovulate today, we'll have -1 and O, which i guess is decent enough.
I'm having to take a mental health break from the bump right now. I'm still reading through and posting a little, but I'm feeling a little too mentally exhausted to respond to you ladies and I'm sorry for that. Hopefully after a few days I'll snap out of it.

R/R: DH's Crohn's is acting up the last 2 days so no BDing. waaaa waaaa

@adirat@BitterBetty12@BusinessWife@NYTino24 thanks for all the input. I did not take an OPK on CD10 (alleged O day) because I was crazy busy and just forgot. I just don't think I could have O'd that day and then turn OPKs positive the following two days (along with better quality CM). I took another OPK just now and it was negative. So I have a gut feeling it was CD 11 or 12.
Rave – EOD starts tonight! I like this part of TTGP because it is the
only time you can actually do anything about it! The rest of the time is just sitting around waiting
for something to happen.
CS/Q: FF finally made all my recent circles dark. I had an alarm set for freaking early but
slept through it half the time. I
decided like a week and a half ago to just start temping at 6 before I got up. Consistency is key from everything I’ve been
reading. So I changed the time on FF
& started logging it at 6. Chart
still looks like a trainwreck- but hopefully it will be able to give crosshairs
whenever that day comes because times have been consistent for a week or so..

@BusinessWife Yay for the smiley today, hoping you get some great BD in before O though, and FX for a great U/S! @Nelbetron I've been taking off of temping for the first section of my cycles too..I need the break. Depending on when you usually O, I don't think it's too late. @scarlett830 Welcome and so sorry for your loss. I counted my first day of bleeding as CD1 when I had my loss. @adirat Ughh I hate when that happens to me too about temping! @swimsister Oh I'm so sorry, that stinks so bad! I would feel the same way I'm sure, even though it's neither you nor DH's fault. Ugh! @jatwal128 I totally understand that, I have to do that too sometimes. I feel bad because I just disappear, but life gets in the way and everyone understands!
Month/Cycle: 9/10

WAYDTGKU: NOT ENOUGH SEX, ah! My +OPK totally caught me off guard today! I've had several days of EWCM but I have never gotten a +OPK this early in all of my years of charting. So YAY for that, but SHAME on us for not having sex for like, 2 weeks. So I told DH he better get himself ready tonight
R/R: I'm not sure why FF is giving me CH's for tomorrow, I have 2 temps on my chart and I always get multiple days of +OPKs so I will probably O Wed or Thurs. I suppose it's because I don't have 3 temps on my chart yet, FF and their 3s. We had a great weekend away, but we also preoccupied so I slacked on tracking and of course it's the month I O earlier than ever! I'm just so super excited to be getting a +OPK this early. GO BODY! I wonder if I may actually someday O around CD14 once DS is completely 100% weaned from BF. I wouldn't even know what to do with myself...like, what?? I DON'T have to wait 3 weeks to O after AF? What the heck is that like...
CS/Q:
GTKY: What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you havent been to the mall in a while, what is your favourite guulty-pleasure fast food/junk food treat? Arby's curly fries
I have a question... What does anyone know about FertilCM or Fertili Tea? I impulsively bought both this afternoon at the specialty pharm where I pick up my clomid. Then I came back and searched TB for FertilCM and read a post about how it can do more harm than good and can totally screw up your cycle.
I know! I know I should have asked my RE first. I never see any CM and I hydrate a ton. I started drinking green tea a few weeks ago and that hasn't seemed to change anything. I also started taking Evening Primrose Oil and no change from that either so I thought I might try these. Maybe I will just hold on to them until after I see the RE in a couple of weeks.

Actually, the place the wedding is has better medical care than our home town (we're kinda in a smaller area) so it would be very easy to manage that. Thanks!
It's so true that it may not even happen this month, so who knows if it'll even be an issue. You ladies are the BEST support!! THANK YOU!

friend though.
@jatwal128 I get needing a break from all this. Enjoy it!
@laurad75. I never had a problem with FertileCM messing up my cycle, but I take the Fertilitea as well, and I recently learned that you can't mix vitex with clomid. Do a search for vitex (which is in the tea). We were just talking about it on a random intro post...

@NYTino24 I actually have a couple of slipped discs. Since I'm still nursing my daughter there isn't a lot I can do about it other than motrin ice/heat. I get steroid injections when it gets bad, but I try to avoid that as much as possible. I did have a bad flare up when I was pregnant with her and you are right there is not a lot you can do. My ortho ended up injecting lidocaine into my back instead of a steroid because they obviously couldn't do that. And they had to do something because I couldn't walk. It helped a lot - I still had some pain and numbness, but it was much better. I work on my core and back exercises to try to stave off flare ups.

Good luck.

But comcast ended up laying the line and getting about 10 new customers because of it!

WAYDTGKU: Charting, temping, PNV, OPK, preseed
R/R: DS first day back to preschool is Wednesday, and you would think I'd be looking forward to it, but I'm actually dreading it.
GTKY: What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you havent been to the mall in a while, what is your favourite guulty-pleasure fast food/junk food treat?
This has been making me sooo hungry! On the rare occasion we eat at a mall, I loooove my old standby bourbon chicken! And of course Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's!
Me: 36 DH: 41
CD: 16 ( @BitterBetty12 left my phone at home, luckily I can check your post for this piece of info, so thanks!)
WAYDTGKU: PNV, B6, BBT, HIO

GTKY: What is your favourite spot to hit at the food court? If you havent been to the mall in a while, what is your favourite guulty-pleasure fast food/junk food treat? I think they closed the Barney's Coffee that used to be in our mall, but I would go there and get a Freezer. Basically the Equivalent to a Frappucino but a lot more milk shakey tasting. SO good.

@adirat @BitterBetty12 @BusinessWife @NYTino24 thanks for all the input.

I like this part of TTGP because it is the only time you can actually do anything about it! The rest of the time is just sitting around waiting for something to happen.
CS/Q: FF finally made all my recent circles dark. I had an alarm set for freaking early but slept through it half the time. I decided like a week and a half ago to just start temping at 6 before I got up. Consistency is key from everything I’ve been reading. So I changed the time on FF & started logging it at 6. Chart still looks like a trainwreck- but hopefully it will be able to give crosshairs whenever that day comes because times have been consistent for a week or so..

Ugh!

@delujm0 - Good call lining up a dr where you were going. Actually, the place the wedding is has better medical care than our home town (we're kinda in a smaller area) so it would be very easy to manage that. Thanks!

@BitterBetty12 My chart is in my siggy if that helps. I wish I could offer you more than just love tit’s right now, you give everyone such good advice all the time.

@KhRun17 I know you’ve gotten a lot of advice on this already. If it was one of my sisters I’d do anything to make sure I was there for them even if it meant TTA for one month. I’m not sure if I’d do it for a friend though.
