Anyone adding rice cereal to formula for reflux?

DD is on Similac Sensitive RS but it only comes in the ready to feed form. I'm wondering about adding rice cereal to her formula instead. How much should I add and do I enlarge the slow flow nipple or go up a stage or what? (using drop ins)

    I use drops ins and I had to get the variable flow nipple.

    I did 2 tsp to 4oz of formula to much to fast stops them up. Her zantac is doing a good jb now and we dont need the rice anymore. GL

    We're using oatmeal instead of rice; 2tsp per oz.  We also went up a few stages because it's so thick and enlarging the nipple didn't work.
