Congrats to all the BFP's today @Mrscorker - I'm sorry for the loss of your Grandmother, I'm glad you have your family close during this sad time. Thinking of you.
Cycle/Month: 9/9
CD/DPO: 25/12
Timing: -3,-2,O
Testing Plans: BFN today, tomorrow will be the last time I test, though I don't expect anything different from 12dpo to 13dpo
R/R/CS: None... so done with this cycle, just waiting for AF so I can schedule my hysteroscopy and hopefully get some answers.
GTKY: Who is your favourite non-hearthrob/character actor and in what movies? Probably Maggie Smith, I really don't think they could have cast a better person for Professor Mcgonagall. I love her in all the films I've seen her in, and admire her for continuing to act into her later years.

@ReesaAnne16 Sorry for the bfn. I'm not even testing yet and I'm just like, can the next ovulation hurry up and get here so I can try again already?! We've been trying for about the same amount of time - how were you able to see someone for the SA and start discussing hysteroscopy before hitting 12 months? I sent DH to get his physical and ask for a SA, but they wouldn't even refer him! They said they want my obgyn to coordinate and plan everything! I'm scheduled for a "fertility consult" appt with the obgyn March 10 but that feels like forever away - it will be my next tww. I really wanted some kind of concrete news with the SA because that seemed so simple and noninvasive.
ETA - I was trying to be proactive so I called for the appointment in Dec, but March 10 was the first opening...

@whiska My ObGyn ordered the SA test at my request. Since the first SA results were low, he was able to see a urologist that practices out of a fertility clinic, and he recommended that I have a consultation with a RE as well. The RE thought it was a little early, but didn't mind going ahead with bloodwork, and recommended a hysteroscopy. He also told us his basic treatment course for unexplained infertility, but if everything on the scope is normal, we will keep trying on our own for a bit before going that route.

R/R/CS: So I know I've been super MIA this cycle, but as I mentioned in WTO, life has been insane!! I accepted an awesome job at the San Diego Zoo, so now we have to make the move from Seattle to San Diego. Finally have all our ducks in a row and we're leaving on Tuesday!! We talked about TTA for a few months because of the crazy, but decided to keep trying since after all we would still have 9 months to get it together. Because of all that though, I'm not very hopeful about this cycle. Insane amounts of stress and babymaking just don't mix.
GTKY: Who is your favourite non-hearthrob/character actor and in what movies? I would probably have to second @MRSCORKER and say Alan Rickman. I've always loved him even before he was Snape, plus I feel a weird cosmic attachment to him since he passed away on my birthday.

@ReesaAnne16 Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately my last annual exam fell in August when we had only been trying for a few months. Of course my obgyn laughed off the concerns I had about not having conceived by then. Considering the stats she was totally right.
Maybe we'll go back to eod (eta or try SMEP) next month because I am plum out of ideas.

ARGH!! My last annual was exactly like that as well! It was a few months after we started TTC & she was all impressed I was already charting & taking prenatals... she even said (and I know she meant it sweetly) "let me be the 1st to wish you an early congrats!"

@fitlady21 Comgrats! Lol, mh didn't believe it either with our first. I had to do a Google search on my phone for him to prove that a faint line was still a positive.
Dpo/RRCS: All I have to say is all these bfps are getting my hours irrationally up. I plan to test Monday at 8 dpo. Because I have embraced the crazy and have a ton of tests.
Gtky: I kind of think he is a heartthrob...Patrick Stewart.
And thanks everyone for the well wishes for a digi BFP! I've been reading (Read: obsessing) that the digi's may need a higher concentration of HCG to detect pregnancy. It's torture waiting for an answer though!
Had anyone ever caught themselves googling "Earliest possible day for positive pregnancy test?" Even though you know the answer is that usually tests turn around day 10? You just need Google to remind you?
@longliveregina I'm guilty of looking at countdown to pregnancy and seeing the percentages for different DPO. I'm flirting with the idea of testing this evening... My test box says you don't need to use FMU, so why is it that everyone on the board usually does?

I think the CBD with weeks predictor is the most sensitive digi. At least, for me, when I got my bfp, I had a squinter on an FRER and got a "Pregnant 1-2" on the CBD. The regular CBD (w/o weeks predictor) detects at 50 which is probably what the FRER digitals are too. Good luck!! I'm keeping my FX for you, I know how crazy the waiting after a squinter can be.

Ugh.
Nope, but I sure as hell went back and reviewed all of our BFPs today: 1 at 10DPO, 1 (maybe 2) at 11DPO, 1 at 12DPO, 1 (maybe) at 13DPO, and 1 at 15DPO... that's a pretty big spread to stay hopeful!

I guess because its most concentrated. Some test boxes do advise you to use fmu, especially those early results that detect very low levels of hormones.
