EDD (if this is your first time on the check in):
Gestation in weeks/fruit:
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones:
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax??
Re: ---PgAL Check-in---
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 8w3d? I don't really know but babies the size of a Raspberry!!!!
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically I'm nauseous most of the time. Otherwise I'm ok right now. And even the nausea isn't something I can complain about. Emotionally I'm in shock still from yesterday. I'm not sure how I'm going to be in the upcoming weeks. I've never been this far along (with a healthy pregnancy!!).
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We had an ultrasound scheduled for today at 10. I started spotting some brown stringy blood on Sunday and broke down crying and shaking all day. I figured it was the beginning of the end, again. I called and had our appointment moved up to Monday instead. To my surprise our LO is measuring right on track in our 8th week and has a strong heartbeat of 153 bpm From here I have a call into my OB office to schedule my nurse intake, I'm hoping either this week or next. Then I'll schedule one more ultrasound with my RE for end of next week and then my OB intake for the week or two after. Then we'll be scheduling our genetic screening also. We'll have a busy couple of weeks hopefully
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? By the water anywhere. Lakes in Maine are warmer so if I actually want to get in the water I'll go to the beaches on the lake. But the ocean is gorgeous. It's just far to cold to get in. However, the ocean in Bermuda was gorgeous and amazing. I'll take Bermuda any day of the week!!!!
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Nauseous, tired, nauseous, tired, nauseous.... And tired
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Friday I have an ultrasound. Eager, and a little scared....
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? Outside, under an umbrella, with a good book. Reading Tell the Wolves I'm Home right now and liking it.
Gestation in weeks/fruit:
7w 3d- blueberry
How are you feeling physically? A little nauseous I'm am, and tired. The dreams! Oh the dreams!
Emotionally? Still struggle with PGAL brain. In days my symptoms lessen, I worry that it's over. It's how I knew last year. I've been spotting brown on occasion when wiping so that doesn't help. Holding on to my us that shows healthy bean and strong hb from last week!
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: next week marks the week I lost my last bean. I'll be in Vegas in the pool, so I hope I don't dwell! Anxious for my 8-1 appt!
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? In San Diego there's tons of beaches! Usually love to grab a chair and some water and a great magazine there!

Pregnancy Loss Background (if this is your first time on the check-in): Hi everyone, I'm new to this check in.My husband and I have been married for a little under 2 years and are trying for our first baby. I got pregnant in April and we lost the baby at 9 weeks with a natural miscarriage on May 21st. The baby stopped growing around 5/6 weeks. To our surprise, I got pregnant right away again(not really trying for that)! So we are not quite sure how far along I am because I don't know when I ovulated. But if we go by the miscarriage, I am about 8 weeks, 5 days. But could be more like 7 weeks.
EDD (if this is your first time on the check in): Not quite sure, sometime around the beginning of March.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 8 weeks, 5 days at most, but probably a bit less.
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Not too bad the last few days. I am super exhuasted, have incredibly sore boobs, am bloated like crazy, but yes my nausea goes down a bit and Pgal brain goes crazy lol
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We have our first doctor's appt this coming Monday. Then we will get an ultrasound scheduled from that.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax??
We just bought a house out in the country, so I'm loving hanging out at home enjoying our peace and quiet right now:)

BFP #4 6-22-14 EDD 3-6-15 FX for our LO
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically- extremely fatigued. Nauseous a lot. Bloated. And very sore boobs. Emotionally. I have mood swings. Of being happy and positive to wondering what is going and worrying about every cramp and twinge or lessening of symptoms. I have taken around 15 test. It is an addiction.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I have an ultrasound today at 2:30. Hoping to see a heartbeat. Very anxious and scared trying to prepare myself for anything.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax??- I relax on my couch watching t.v. or reading a book. I don't get to do that too often thought. :-) I hope to be on this board for the next 8 months or so. :-)
Dawn
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 5w5d - appleseed
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? My symptoms come & go which, of course, freak me out! Nausea in the nights, exhaustion some days & insomnia some nights, bloat, and constipation. Emotionally, I've been really trying to stay postivie but then I think "don't get TOO positive what if something is wrong" so I go back & forth. I'll feel better after Friday (hopefully)!
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: 1st ultrasound this friday, 7/25. I'll be 6w1d and praying that I get to hear the heartbeat with the vag ultrasound
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? I live on a farm in Maine so I love to relax on my deck! I watch the sunset every night & it's gorgeous. Out of the country - i LOVE mexico and was just there this past April
This is my first check-in here so hopefully I can keep active. Here goes nothing.
Pregnancy Loss Background (if this is your first time on the check-in): I found out I was pregnant on November 11, 2013. It was an uneventful pregnancy until my water broke on Feb. 17th 2014. I was induced and after 48 hrs of labor my daughter Brynlee Madeline arrived sleeping at 19weeks. The MFM had no real answers as to why I PPROMed but this pregnancy I will be treated as if I have IC and get P17 shots as well as cervical checks starting in the 2nd tri.
EDD (if this is your first time on the check in): I'm pretty sure I am due March 2nd or 3rd. My normal doctor wasn't at the REs office when they did my first ultrasound so they didn't tell my EDD I do however know I conceived on June 10th.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 8 weeks today. I got a little raspberry in there.
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically off and on ms and tired. Not to mention I feel so sore but all I have been doing is a lot of sitting around. Emotionally I won't be settled until I make it to 24weeks. I am hoping everything is okay in there. At my first u/s there was a heartbeat but I am not getting in to see my normal OB until 10 wks which is so long to wait.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I am excited for my first OB appointment on August 7th. I will be getting an ultrasound so I will get some peace of mind. It is also the day after my 30th birthday so I really hope everything in there is okay.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? On a beach with my feet in the sand reading a good book.

EDD: Changed to March 13!
Gestation in weeks/fruit: STILL a sweet pea. Had an u/s last week at what should have been 6w/5d. Due to late ovulation, I was only 5w5d. I saw the gestational sac, the yolk sac, but nothing else I was demoted to apple seed, and now I'm back to a sweet pea!
How are you feeling physically? Nauseous, mostly in the mornings. I had a work trip yesterday, and almost lost it on the plane. Boobs still hurt.
Emotionally? Feeling anxious most days. Randomly crying at facebook stories and commercials. DH is in a state of constant confusion from my mood swings.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Next appointment is on July 30. Hopefully we can see something this time!
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? I think the picture @jap618 posted would work just fine. Or this.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 5w2d/appleseed
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically I feel mostly great. Still diarrhea here and there but that's about it. I felt great with my girls too, so hopefully that's a sign. I am exhausted, but that's not new for me. Emotionally I feel more confident this time then I did from the get go with Jonah. I just felt like something was wrong the whole time. I don't feel that way this time.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Nothing this week. I had great betas last week so I'm feeling even more confident in this pregnancy.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? Now that it's summer my favorite place is out on our patio in my zero gravity chair! Once it gets cold out you can find me relaxing on my couch in front of the TV.
How are you feeling physically? I'm still exhausted & nauseous, but at lest the b6 helped get the puking under control. I will be asking my dr. About unisom today because I'm waking up 3-4 times a night. Emotionally? I have really had to fight off the bad thoughts. Everyday that my u/s appt got closer I felt my anxiety rise.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: T minus 2hrs & 10 minutes until my u/s appt. I just want to see my baby is healthy & hear the HB. Please send T&Ps my way this morning. TIA
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? I'm so original, my hammock in my backyard with a good book.

How are you feeling physically? I started to get m/s over the past week. It comes in waves, mostly when I haven't eaten in awhile. I feel like I have a headache every day and am finding it hard to drink water, even though I used to love water.
Emotionally? I am getting really excited for my appointments on the 4th. Since I am feeling sickness this time, when I didn't last time, that also helps me be excited!
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: 1 1/2 weeks till my appointment!! 8/4 I have my u/s, check in, and genetic counselor meeting.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? I am a homebody. I love to lay in bed or lay on the floor in the sun. I would also love to relax on a secluded beach

Morning, Ladies!!
Pregnancy Loss Background (if this is your first time on the check-in): DH and I got our first BFP in May of last year (2013) after one month of trying, only to lose the baby a week later. One year after that we started Clomid and had a suspected chemical on our first cycle. Three more cycles later we got a gorgeous, dark BFP at 14 dpiui.
EDD (if this is your first time on the check in): March 25, 2014
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 4w6d (poppy seed, but almost an apple seed!)
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I've had off and on tender bb's and a combination of fatgiue/insomnia. Emotionally, I'm so nervous. Nervous to be too excited (but I can't help myself) and anxious over my recent betas.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Beta #3 tomorrow AM - Beta 1 at 15dpo was 504, Beta 2 at 19 dpo was 1767. I was hoping for a much higher number given how strong Beta 1 was. They're within normal ranges but I can't help but think they're not good enough.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? My favorite place to relax is poolside with a good book.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 7 weeks today/blueberry
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I feel wrecked. Yesterday I cried pretty much all day because everything I tried to eat, I threw up: bread, saltines, water, everything. We were having work done to repair something on the house so I had to keep DS upstairs all day and he was grumpy and I was miserable. Asked DH to bring me home a plain baked potato because I thought maybe I could keep it down, and I didn't. I started crying over the sink and DH sent me to bed. I told him I thought the "morning sickness" was so much worse this time and he told me he thinks it's about the same as last time. I think maybe it just feels worse now that I have DS to take care of and can't lay down when I need to. Anyway, this stopped right at 12 weeks last time, and DH and I are both praying it quits sooner this time. Luckily, we know I can keep down "sparkling" waters like Perrier so DH bought me a huge case of it so I can try to keep from getting too dehydrated. Ugh. The thing that I take comfort in is that last time I got to take home my rainbow baby, and this pregnancy feels much like that one and not like my m/c's.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: One week away from our first loss milestone. I have a good feeling about this pregnancy though. First appt. & u/s on Aug 1st.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax??
DH and I have a time share in Cabo San Lucas that we love. We had our engagement pictures done there, got married on the beach there, and just took DS last month. Here he is in his first time playing in a swimming pool.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 5w4d / apple seed
How are you feeling physically? OMG the bloat! It's bad. Also, lower back pain that has me a little worried. Other than that, not too much going on. Emotionally? Still very nervous. Can't wait for my first Dr's appointment on Monday!
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: First appointment monday at 6w3d. Hoping to see/hear a heartbeat!
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? My bathtub!
Pregnancy Loss Background (if this is your first time on the check-in): Blighted ovum in Mar/Apr 2011 that was discovered at first u/s at 7w. Started bleeding after u/s which kept on to the miscarriage. DH was deployed as I went through the miscarriage, which really sucked. Started TTC again when he got home and had DD in Jul '12. Surprised to get pg on first cycle TTC this time.
EDD (if this is your first time on the check in): 31 May 2015
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 4 weeks/poppy seed
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I've had on/off nausea since CD17 (crazy early!), sore boobs, small headaches, sensitive smell and tired...
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Gave a urine sample at the medical clinic on base today to get a referral to my OB-GYN for the pregnancy. First appt will be around 7 weeks.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? In the saddle on a trail ride with friends. Or just sitting at the barn with the horses & friends.
Good luck to everyone having appointments this week!!
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 7w4d / blueberry
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? So nauseated for the majority of the day. Tired, sore boobs, generally cranky
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We had our first u/s yesterday, and there was actually a baby in there! The first minute was a little shaky (apparently I have a retroverted uterus) and it took her a minute to find our little bean, but once she did everything looked good! I'll go back in 2 weeks for another u/s (she offered to see us every 2 weeks until I feel comfortable changing to 4 week appts.)
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? On the front porch of our family's beach house. It's not fancy, but it feels like home.
Married: 3-12-2011
BFP: 6-30-14 | EDD: 3-6-2015
Hi ladies! I just started posting last week. Had my third beta draw today and everything is looking good so far, thank goodness.
Pregnancy Loss Background (if this is your first time on the check-in): We are TTC #2 since August 2013. I got pregnant in Aug but had a m/c at 12wks. There was no indication of anything wrong until I was bleeding profusely and ended up in the ER at 4am the day I was supposed to go in for my 12wk appointment. My OB gave me two rounds of miso only to end up still having to do a D&C at the end of Nov 2013. It was a long, drawn out process. According to genetic testing after the loss, the baby girl we lost had Turner's. There's no history in our families so I am terrified this round.
EDD (if this is your first time on the check in): March 19, 2015
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 5w6d
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Lots of roller coaster highs and lows for now. I get m/s in the evenings, which is the same thing that happened when I was pg with DS.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: I just received my results for my third beta draw and everything is looking good so far. Today, I am pregnant!
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? My bed! So comfy.
Ladies I am pulling for all of us but I can't tag everyone right now. I was so happy that we had so many good updates yesterday.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 8 weeks 1 day
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically the m/s has set in and is kicking my ass. It gives me hope that baby is growing and holding me over to our 10 week appointment. Emotionally I am doing much better. I am starting to get more excited and hopeful that this will be the second baby we've been hoping for so long.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We had an u/s at 6 weeks 2 days and saw a baby with a h/b which was just amazing. I m/c in the 8th week last time and though it was a mm/c and we knew it was going to happen, I can't wait to get past the 8th week.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax? I love to grab a book and relax in our backyard by the pool. I love being near water so the beach is right up there too.
MC: 2/19/14
Its been a rough couple weeks. I've had this stupid cold for almost 2 weeks. Friday night I had some bleeding and was freaking out. It stopped so I am optimistic. My lo had a105 fever this weekend and we had to take her to the er. Now my husband is sick too. Hopefully we are all better soon.
I have an us apt tomorrow. I am very eager to hopefully see a heartbeat. I know I will feel so much better after the us.
I think my favorite place I have been so far to relax was santorini.
Pregnancy Loss Background (if this is your first time on the check-in): This is my 4th pregnancy. Got this BFP last Thursday on the due date of loss #2, pretty bittersweet. You can see my history in my siggy.
EDD (if this is your first time on the check in): 3/26/14 by my calculations
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 4w5d / poppy seed I think?
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Sore boobs, almost constant indigestion and/or heartburn, tired. Excited most of the time, but getting tinges of anxiety here and there.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Had my first beta yesterday, awaiting the phone call with the results right now. Beta #2 will be Thursday. If all goes accordingly, u/s #1 will be the first week in August.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? On the couch with my pup
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I feel pregnant. I'm nauseated, my boobs are bigger/sore, I'm constipated, I'm overpowered by smells everywhere, I officially can't sleep through the night because I have to get up to pee now. I kind of feel like things are on track for now. I'm feeling optimistic right now.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: today is the gestational age we found out something wasn't right with my last pregnancy even though we had to wait another week for confirmation. My 1st appt this time isn't until 9 weeks (Jul 31), which is when I had a D&C last time. I suspect by this time next week I'll be freaking out, so I apologize in advance for that.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax??
Cuddled up with my H and my kiddo on the couch in our TV room. I could sure use a hammock/nap right now though.
MMC April 2014 at 6w2d, D&C at 9 weeks
MMC August 2014 at 9w1d, D&C at 12 weeks
CP October 2014
My Ovulation Chart
Congrats to everyone who received good news this past week, FX for all upcoming appointments this week, and hugs to anyone struggling right now.
Gestation in weeks/fruit:
6w3d/sweet pea
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally?
So tired. Had a tough time staying awake as I drove into work this morning, which was a little scary. Still all the same symptoms (nauseous, bloating, fatigue, etc), with the added bonus that I threw up for the first time since the BFP. It was as I was brushing my teeth this morning so at least I was in the bathroom.
Upcoming appointment or milestone:
OB appointment this Friday - can't wait. Hoping for an u/s but not sure if it will happen.
GTKY - favorite place to relax:
Anywhere far away from the office and my work email where I can curl up and be comfy with a good book. I've never had a hammock, but it sounds like a good option to me!
I promise I'll read through everyone's and post comments soon
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 8 weeks, raspberry
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I'm nauseous for the majority of my day. I started taking Unisom and I've noticed it lessened some. I still need to get the 25mg of B6 (Walmart didn't have it at that dose). My boobs are kinda sore and I'm tired. I'm in a much better place after seeing LO on the U/S last week and having a strong HB
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Our NT scan is August 20th.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? On a beach somewhere with a nice cool breeze and a frozen (non alcoholic) drink in my hand. That's my ultimate place. Lately it's been on my couch or in my bed.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: 5w4d Appleseed
How are you feeling physically?
Physically my boobs are so sore and I haven't had a solid poop since the bfp. I also have a feeling every now and then like I'm gonna start my period (heavy feeling) that the NP said was due to increased blood flow to the uterus. No nausea yet.
Emotionally? I'm better and better every day that goes by and I don't spot. I have such a better feeling about this pregnancy than my first one. I'm taking it day by day.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: my first appt was yesterday with the NP and she said everything so far was good. I have another appt in 4 weeks and at that time I'll have an us. I'll be just over 9 weeks so I'm holding my breath till that scan. Hopefully there is a baby in there! Eta I forgot to say that my progesterone level wasn't back yet due to backup at the lab, so she started me on supplements just incase, which I'm happy about.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? In my bed snuggling with my hubby

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I feel ok. Nauseated constantly, tired as hell, and migraines at least 2x/week, but otherwise good. Emotionally I'm just in limbo until we have our first appt. Some days I'm numb, others I'm excited, others terrified.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: 1st appt next Friday
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? Under a tree with a book and a glass of wine; in my kayak (even though I'm kayaking, it's endlessly relaxing for me)... really anywhere outside.
Gestation in weeks/fruit: Week 7, baby is a blueberry!!
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? I'm physically fine, my symptoms seemed to have diminished, all I have left is feeling tired, and waking up at the butt crack of dawn. My boobs are a little sore, but that is about it. Emotionally, because my symptoms have gone away, I'm very worried that we will Miscarry again. I know that symptoms come and go, I just can't stand to have our hearts broken again
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: We have our last ultrasound with our RE this Friday, I will be 7w6d, the following Thursday, the 31st, will be our first ultrasound with our OB. Thats a big milestone, I'll be 8w5d. We miscarried at 8w2d last time, so I'm crossing everything I can that it will be all ok
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? Oh goodness, I don't have a favorite place to relax! Kinda bad huh! If I relax too much, I get bored!

Gestation in weeks/fruit: 5 weeks, 5 days. As of today I HAVE PASSED MY LATEST LOSS DATE!!!!!! Now, I had one m/c where the doctor thought I was further along (6-7 weeks), but I personally know I couldn't have been because I wasn't with my DH for over two weeks during that time, so I would have either had to be 8+ weeks or less than 6. Since I didn't require a DnC I'm sticking with being closer to 5 weeks. Anyway, I've always considered 5 weeks, 4 days to be my latest loss. And I've surpassed that now. Oh, I think I got an apple seed in there.
How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? Physically I am exhausted. Emotionally I am exhausted. Both of which I am loving because it at least means my body is trying to do something down there.
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: First appointment, which is just a confirmation for my insurance, is on Monday. Milestone is obviously passing my latest loss date.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax?? I work at a summer camp and I love just chilling on the docks or in the sauna. Only no more sauna for me for a while!

I’m a modern man, a man for the millennium. Digital and smoke free. A diversified multi-cultural, post-modern deconstruction that is anatomically and ecologically incorrect. I’ve been up linked and downloaded, I’ve been inputted and outsourced, I know the upside of downsizing, I know the downside of upgrading. I’m a high-tech low-life. A cutting edge, state-of-the-art bi-coastal multi-tasker and I can give you a gigabyte in a nanosecond! I’m new wave, but I’m old school and my inner child is outward bound. I’m a hot-wired, heat seeking, warm-hearted cool customer, voice activated and bio-degradable. I interface with my database, my database is in cyberspace, so I’m interactive, I’m hyperactive and from time to time I’m radioactive.

How are you feeling physically? Emotionally? For the majority of the week I have felt too sick to function. We went on a mini vacation this weekend and I just made my DH so miserable. I was so grumpy and sick I couldn't help, but whine the whole time. Now I'm feeling guilty. Other than that, emotionally I am doing really well. My symptoms are all pretty strong and that is reassuring and tomorrow I will pass my two loss milestones!
Upcoming Appointments or Milestones: Tomorrow I will be 8 weeks, I never thought that would have been possible! Next Monday we have our second u/s. I'm not nervous quite yet, but I know I will be.
GTKY -- Today is National Hammock Day!!! Where is your favorite place to relax??
My bathtub is my favorite place in the world! I love turning on the jets, lighting a candle, and reading a book for hours in there.
