I don't weigh myself between appointments. At 24 weeks I had gained 9 pounds, but I've been eat horribly lately so I wouldn't be surprised if at my 28w appointment next week that number jumps significantly.
Week 30 tomorrow, and I've "gained" 30 pounds, but am only up 15 pounds from pre-pregnancy weight. I had nasty morning sickness and dropped 15 in the first trimester.
28 weeks today and up 20 lbs (gained that all after the 1st trimester though....lost some weight during the first trimester and was pretty much back to my pre-pregnancy weight at the start of the 2nd trimester). Definitely would like to stay in the 30-35 lb range for total weight gain, which I should be on track for with 12 weeks to go, but we'll see what happens.....
I'm at 30 weeks, and I've gained 30 pounds. This is my first pregnancy, and I want to cry every time I get on the scale. My doctor keeps telling me to watch my weight, and I want to flip her the middle finger. Thank you for being honest to those of you who have gained around the same amount as me. It helps me cope with feeling huge.
27.5 weeks, 20 lbs. I was actually relieved it wasn't more at my appt Tuesday because I've definitely not been the best with my portion controls. Always so hungry!
26 weeks, 26lbs. I'm on track to gain 40 lbs. My SIL told me she read that the heavier you are, the better labor resonates through your body. I gained 45lbs with my son's pregnancy so my body must need to gain this much.
27 weeks, up 6 pounds. I gained 4 of those since my last appointment alone, oops. Baby had a growth spurt, right? Can't be anything to do with the Easter candy and pizza.
I don't weigh myself. Even at the doctors office I stand on the scale backwards so I can't see it the number...I tell my physician to tell me if I am healthy or if there are any cause for concern. So far so good and she tells me I'm healthy
Re: How much weight have you gained so far and what week are you?
0 Pounds. (-40, actually)

I'm up about 40 lbs.
0lbs. I gained back 4 of the 6lbs I lost. So I guess technically -2?
28 weeks today and up 20 lbs (gained that all after the 1st trimester though....lost some weight during the first trimester and was pretty much back to my pre-pregnancy weight at the start of the 2nd trimester). I've gained 7lbs as of my last appt.
12 pounds so far and half of that was in the last month.
But to be a team player:
28 weeks. Twins. About 30ish lbs. Not counting the 10lbs during fertility tx. Whoever said it, "eek" is right!
For the last 6+ weeks I just keep gaining and losing the same 3 pounds over and over again. I think it's the poop babies I keep delivering.
