We are really struggling with naming our little girl. I like the name Sabine (pronounced Sa-been) but it is so uncommon here. Do you think it's too odd? Any obvious nicknames or mispronunciations you can think of? We aren't sharing the name until she is born so I wanted to get some opinions! Thanks!!

I love it!! It was my "French name" in high school French class.
I didn't know abou tthe other pronounciations. But, I really like those, too.

I have a friend named Sabine and she is the nicest, funniest person ever, so naturally I think it's a great name! ^_^
We called her 'Bine, or Bean haha.
ETA: She pronounced it the French way, suh-BEEN.
