Baby numero uno fighting morning sickness

My husband and I are expecting our first child. We're very excited! I'm only 4 weeks along right now. Have my first appointment next Friday. Bloating and fatigue have set it a bit, and I had some morning sickness today while at work. I'm hoping getting sick at work doesn't become a regular occurrence. Anyone have any suggestions for keeping the sickness at bay?
