poor DS is sick :-(
DS#1 is sick. Has a fever, seems like sore throat too. We were at a family picnic yesterday and he was swimming, having a great time. After an hr or so he seemed a little warm, then he started not being himself. We went home to let him sleep, and hopefully perk up before the fireworks. My mom lives across the street from the park where they set them off in our town, so it works perfect, we can just sit in her yard.
He woke up with a 102.5 fever, miserable and vomiting. No fireworks for him. He was so upset, he was talking about them all day :-(

I thought maybe he had strep, but when I called the on-call line last night they said it was very unlikely this time of year. He seems a little better, I'm hoping he's on the mend.
