Insurance, annual enrollment

Obviously baby needs medical insurance, any reason to have dental or vision at this age?

We didn't add dental until age 2.  Our vision is included in our regular insurance and we did end up with a few eye appts with DS at 6 months and 12 months due to other delays...

this, a lot of dentists actually don't see babies until age 2.

We just did the medical. But my husband has eye issues that are hereditary, so I don't know if I may need to add vision to it or not.

We added her on the vision. DH had to start wearing glasses at 18 months and 2 eye surgeries before he was 3, so I figured it couldn't hurt.

Thanks for the input.  My optometrists office does a well baby check for free from 8-10 months...I can add her next June if needed.

    :)
