Gender reveal party ?

BIL and SIL are having a reveal party tonight. Are we supposed to bring a gift? They will have a shower next month. TIA

    No, usually you don't need to bring a gift. But I have been to a few and people have brought a little something but nothing extreme.

    We had a small get together for family and a few close friends to do our reveal and the majority of people brought a small boy and girl gift. We were 100 not expecting anything from anyone. It was cute and a nice thought on one hand but also made people that didn't bring something very uncomfortable.

    We did our gender reveal during our family thanksgiving and did not expect one thing from anyone. We just wanted to share in a cute way to everyone at the same time.

    We had a Gender Reveal Party as well and it was more of a celebration than anything. Most people did not bring anything, totally ok and we weren't expecting anything, and the one outfit we were going to get was pink but she turned out being a he at the party! My one friend was just convinced it was a girl :
