I did change my Days tracked to montly, because my goal is to track every single day for a month. My APs are for a week.

    For the month of May I'd like to lose 5lbs, bump up my workouts to 4 a week and keep my tracking goal.

    Hi! I Would like to lose 4 pounds this month. Would like to continue shooting for 4 workouts a week, and I'd also like to add a water goal for this month, I guess just do 0/7 and I'll let you know if I drank enough water every day? It's great motivation!

    just add 5 walks a week to my goals for may.

    I've been MIA b/c of computer issues. I read three books in a week though. It was nice to remember how much I love reading but scarey to realize how much time I spend on my laptop...

    I got a walk in yesterday but didn't track my meals or drink more than a gallon of water so...

    I managed to get a workout in yesterday!  :)

    For May I would like to up my weight loss goal to three lbs per month and keep my workout goal to two per week.

    I'm going to keep the same goals.  I've had a hard time reaching my food and work out goals, so I want to reach those before adding more.
