your baby carrier

Hi All. I am looking for a recommendation for a sturdy baby carrier. I have a Ktan, which I love for wearing the baby around the house and walks and whatnot, but I have two large dogs and need a carrier I can trust for when I take them outside. They go out several times a day, and quite frequently we run into dogs off leashes and other animals, so I need to be able to use my hands to pull them back if needed. I didn't feel safe doing this in the Ktan. Is anyone using a more structured carrier? It would also be nice if it was easy on, easy off as I will be using it a lot. Thanks in advance!
