Clean ones almost every night - I don't change him until after breakfast, and he usually gets food on them. It's been too chilly to let him eat in just a diaper, which is what we used to do.
We do every other night during the week, because she is changed into regular clothes before breakfast. On weekends, we do new ones since she eats breakfast in her PJ's on Sat/Sun.
We change them every night. I don't sleep in the same thing every night, why would I make my kid? Carter's has awesome clearance sales, if you pay close attention. I got at least seven pairs for 1.33 each over Christmas.

We change the PJs like every 3 days. I change them immediately in the morning and they never eat breakfast in them. I don't think they're dirty after 2 or 3 nights at all.

2-3 nights unless something happens to them. And he usually gets dressed before breakfast.
