Charting question

I'm going to start off by saying that I'm technically just charting so I know when to expect AF. That being said, just ignore the many open circles, missing temps, and the pure ugliness of it.

Here's my question. I normally O around CD 12-14. On CD12 this cycle I had the flu with a nearly 102 degree temp. I assumed I O'd around that time but my temps stayed low after my fever went down. Now my temps show that I possibly O'd on CD 18. Could being sick & having a fever delay O? I have never O'd this late.

I'm not really worried about it (see my siggy for why I'm not) but basically just curious.

TTC since 4/28/07
Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

    Thanks ladies. Delayed O may work out for me. Before CD 1 was supposed to be on Saturday but thats my SIL's wedding. I will be wearing spanx and they are a pain when you have to go to the bathroom. Hopefully that will knock CD 1 back a little.

    I think being sick could probably delay ovulation.  It wouldn't surprise me anyway:-)   Also, it's totally possible to just have one wonky period every now and then.
