Really? Is this possible?

in 1st Trimester
So...I was driving and frantically eating my burrito when I noticed that my mouth tasted metal like but it was too late...I had already swallowed and am now convinced I ate aluminum foil...ugh! Checked out the wrapper but it was all crumpled and disfigured...hopefully this won't hurt my lil baby :(

    Metallic taste in mouth is a common occurrence in pregnancy.  You would have felt the metal, and even if you did eat it, you are probably fine.

    I'm not even kidding....the idea that the Tin Man was born because someone swallowed a piece of aluminum foil while eating a burrito is killing me. I can barely type and I'm sure my husband is going to come check on me any second to see why I'm almost peeing my pants laughing!
