Almost 18pregnancy.But I dont know What should I take when getting start 2nd trimester vitamin?I took Prenatal care vitamin.

    Assuming this is a serious question... Unless your doctor suggests otherwise, keep taking the same prenatal vitamin you took in your first trimester, every single day.

    I take Rainbow Light brand prenatals, because they're free of unnatural ingredients, and all the vitamins and minerals are plant based.
