Retaining water???

Ever since I have been pregnant I have experienced the bloating, which I think has gotten alot better. But I swear I am retaining so much water. My thighs and stomach just seem so much bigger lately. Anyone else noticing this???? I exercise regularly, almost everyday, but it seems no matter what I eat, what exercise I do, nothing helps. Any ideas on how to reduce water retention??

    The only way I know of, is to have the baby. Sorry, but I don't think there's anything for it during pregnancy! Your body is going to get bloated and change, you may carry so much fluid in your legs that you decide to get some compression stockings (like I did).

    I suppose you could try to watch your salt intake, too. I did this last time when I was already wearing the stockings, just to avoid making things worse.

    The more water your drink the less you will retain. I know it sounds weird, but it's true.

    Drink more water.
