Bleeding 2 days after internal?

I had an internal 2 days ago and I'm at 1cm dilated and 50% effaced. I'm on bed rest for preterm labor already and I was in the hospital for 2 days after this exam. I am still having some red-tinged discharge today. It's not really bleeding per se, it's only when I wipe after I pee and even then, it's not every time. But it's been 2 days so I'm beginning to worry that maybe this is not from the internal anymore but could be a sign that I'm dilating more. Has anyone had bleeding for more than 24 hours after an internal?

    Thats been pretty normal for me after internals.

    Because you're only 32 weeks I'd call just to be on the safe side.

    Same for me, but my baby boy has been breech for the last couple ultrasounds so she was trying to see if she could feel anything. I have to say it was pretty bad. I thought she was reaching to scratch my throat through my vagina (probably TMI, sorry!) Ultimately, I had that done on Wednesday and it's Friday now and I'm still seeing a slight tint when I wipe.  However, I am 37 weeks and 4 days. You might just want to ask.

    My internal and membrane stripping were a little over 24 hours ago and I'm still spotting a little.

    My internal was Tuesday and I had some spotting until Thursday night.
