yes, those are all fine. you can eat any cooked sushi, but go easy on anything containing tuna (definitely), swordfish (not likely that you'll find this), and mackerel (i think). it's the mercury levels of the fish you should be worried about, so goodle high mercury fish. you'll do well to stick to veggie sushi and deepfried rolls. cooked shrimp or scallops are perfectly fine, too.
Yup, I've been eating california rolls, had a few spicy tunas, and even snuck in a some yellow tail sashimi during my pregnancy. Everything's fine so far. My doctor also told me it's okay to have sushi/sashimi but to have it in moderation. Also, be careful of raw fish being spoiled or left out for too long.
Yes, I ate a lot of cream cheese myself. Why wouldn't it be safe? I also ate California rolls ...they have imitation crab in them. I wouldn't eat any raw fish though or the ones with high mercury content...I stick with cooked salmon while I am pregnant...
Re: sushi?
Cream cheese is perfectly safe, also as the PP said, tempura and California rolls, too.
I usually get spicy vegetable rolls, which most places even customize for you.
Enjoy!
