I'm almost 8 wks with my first pregnancy so I'm very excited but pretty nervous as well. I am still having pains on my lower left side, but my dr said it is probably ok. I just want to hear a healthy heartbeat and get a good report so badly. I know all of us want the same thing when we go in, but I just needed to talk it out a bit. I wish there was some guarantee that everything is ok right from the start. Wouldnt that make it so much easier!! Thanks for listening!!

I'm going in tomorrow for my first ultrasound!! So excited but nervous too.....this is my first and I've never actually seen an ultrasound in person before so this will definitely be an experience. Please let us all know how the first appt went for everyone!!
