How do you change the picture at the bottom?

Now that they changed things since I have been gone I have no clue how to change it. TIA

    You have to go to your profile and click on "edit my avatar".

    I am talking about the picture on the ticker. When I click my ticker it takes me back to the home page. I cant find where to put the code now.

    It should be the same place, because it goes in your signature. Unless we're talking about 2 different things ?
