I am a working mom, so I hear where you all are coming from--busy is the bottom line! So many of us are in a rush to daycare, to work, back from work, etc. But, how much better do you feel about yourself when you look and feel great? I know for me feeling good and looking good go hand in hand. So... I wanted to share with all you busy mommys out there, some tips and tricks to getting (or staying) skinny on a time crunch

    Thanks ladies for being so positive! One mom posted back and said, "Bind. Torture. Kill" --something vicious. Who knew that healthy snack tips would throw people over the edge!? ;)  The whole thing is meant to be light and fun, so glad you could see that too!

    I think your tone comes across more as condescending and conceded than light and fun
