I am already so nervous about trial that my stomach has been in knots all day long. Please send good vibes, ladies. I know this is the right thing but I am nervous all the same.

I truly just hope that XH doesn't show up. It would be much easier to deal with. I hate the idea that we have to battle things out this way. And, today marks the date that it's been exactly SIX months since he has seen P. Obviously he doesn't care enough to make the effort. And this is the reason why I want his visitiation rights to be revoked.

I am a caseworker in PA and the only way here that they EVER take away any visitation rights of parents is to terminate ALL parental rights. Which doesn't happen in 6 months. The average length of time to terminate parental rights is 15 months in PA. Visitation rights likely won't be terminated if your state is PA or it's laws are anything like PA's.

I do wish you the best of luck, but I just don't want you to get your hopes up and get disappointed if if doesn't go the way you are hoping for. That's never any fun... I always say, expect the worst, but hope for the best. GL!! Smile
