Newbie Question about Antibiotics

Hello everyone,
I just got my BFP on Friday. I was diagnosed with (possible) pertussis on Wednesday and my doctor put me on antibiotics. I'm going to call my OB tomorrow, but I was wondering: Do you know if antibiotics posed much risk to the fetus?
I've already taken the five day course and I think now I'm just frreaking out a little.

The vast majority of antibiotics are safe. You can also call your pharmacist to ask. They can easily look up drugs for pg women.
It's also not particularly safe to not treat an infection in pregnancy. Doing nothing isn't always better than doing something.
