Back Acne!! I feel like a teenager again!
I have completely broken out on my back!
My face is okay but I have a few monster zits and little ones that go all the way down my spine. They make me feel completely un-sexy and gross.
Does anybody have any advice on how to get rid of these? I have been exfoliating like crazy- everyday in the shower- but its hard to reach and doesn't seem to work!

I've got back, chest, and face acne - I really think it's my most annoying pregnancy symptom! Last time it pretty much went away by 3rd tri so I'm hoping for the same this time.

I've noticed tiny little whiteheads all over my breasts. They look like that "milk rash" babies get.
You may be over exfoliating and irritating your skin even more. Sometimes the best method is to leave them be. I've been using my face wash on my upper chest and it seems to help.

I started washing my back with Purpose (a Johnson & Johnson skincare product) and it seems to be helping to dry them up. I reach whatever I can and make sure that my back is the last thing I wash in the shower.
