answer for unsolicited advice

I went here and everyone was giving me a hard time cuz i got my hair done, and i was eating fish and whatnot, ppl dont think things change but its whatever, i copied this and emailed it to my family adn printed one out, so ppl would leave me alone, especially the food part because alot of people use the well my doctor said blah blah blah
