    My neighbors kids are making me crazy. They don't have a bedtime so we hear them all night long! This morning they had us up at 7am because they were decorating the outside of their house. LOUD. Screaming, yelling, etc. There is also a crappy trumpet player. Same song over and over.

    It's that annoying song they play over and over at football games. It's the only way I can remember it.
