Sore boob specifics!

I've heard almost everyone talking about breast tenderness, but is there a specific area where you get sore? Okay, so I was actually woken up in the middle of the night last night because my nipples hurt like heck! (And any bit of cold makes it worse. In fact, they hurt right now!) As far as I can tell, those are the only parts that hurt; the rest of my breasts are fine.
Unless it's TMI, I'm interested...where do YOUR boobs hurt?

Maybe this is a TMI, but my nipples are tingly/stinging. The rest of my boobs just ache and feel heavy. I used to hate wearing a bra, but now I have one on almost all the time to prevent movement and further aches. I also had to stop sleeping on my stomach about a week ago because it would hurt. The pain isn't excruciating, just enough to be annoying.

P.S. I just looked at my cat, who had kittens years ago, & asked if her boobs hurt when she was pregnant. And then I felt very, very sorry for her & her 8 nipples if the answer was "yes".
