Need ideas...I'm at a loss here. Sick of the same old and hoping to continue to try to get DD to eat what we're eating every night. So far we're doing pretty good. What are your dinner plans this week?
tonight- leftover chili from yesterday's lunch turkey breast in the crockpot w/ mashed potatoes
homemade vegetable beef soup and grilled cheese spaghetti and garlic bread
I am following a lot of the suggested "easy meals" in this month's Real Simple. So far we've made ravioli with apple & walnuts and spaghetti with sweet potato and ricotta. Tonight I am making the sausage & canneloni bean casserole and tomorrow the gnocci with roasted cauliflower.
Yesterday DH made burgers but we didn't add spices to one for DD. Tonight I'm making Tater Tot casserole, tomorrow baked spaghetti, Wednesday chicken and rice casserole. We had beef burgandy on Saturday that I slow cooked in the crock pot all day and DD loved it! It was falling apart and was easy to eat. HTH.
Some of our dinners for this week are sweet Italian sausage sandwiches with peppers and onions, tacos, homemade pizzas and baked chicken with red potatoes and salad.
beef and parmesan pasta, roasted pork loin, barbequed marinated flank steak and chicken and rice casserole. You can email me (kacm1003 at yahoo) or check out my recipe blog (LIS) if you need more ideas.
