Yes, and there's no good reason for it. You're doing everything you can by making sure she's dry and full, so don't beat yourself up about it. When it gets really bad, it's ok to put her down for 5 or 10 minutes and walk away. Sometimes babies just need to cry.
You may or may not be able to do something about it. It could just be a witching hour but it could also be the start of colic or an irritant. My DS did this. It turned out he can't handle when I ate black pepper. There is a girl on here who can't eat sour cream and onion potato chips and I have a friend who couldn't eat broccoli. If you are bfing, I would check you diet.
I completely endorse Happiest Baby on the Block - it has worked for me so far (in DS's very short life!!). I am working at changing my diet to exclude peppers and onions, which I think are giving DS gas pain...
