Why wont they nap???

Sorry, just venting. My girls woke from their whopping 30 minute nap around 11. I put them down at 3 and 45 minutes later, they are still alternating between chatting and crying. Its so frustrating because they'll wind up getting really cranky and want to nap close to bedtime. I need serious nap help. Thanks for listening.

sorry, no real advice here, just commiseration. at this age, it's so hard for sleep to compete with other new diversions.

i only have one peanut, but if your girls are chatting, have you tried separating them for naps? just an idea, i have no clue how to raise more than one.

I guess my house is way too exciting to nap (LOL). If I were in their place, I'd take a nap!
