Thrush?

We noticed a spot on baby's upper gums. It's where her top two front teeth would be if she had them. It's looks really gross. It's white but looks like an infection even though I know it's probably not. I haven't noticed any spots anywhere else in her mouth though. Have y'all had any experience with thrush in just one spot? I'm worried!

    I haven't had any experience with thrush with Em, just patients. But it's possible and if you breast feed, definitely probable. I would take her to the pedi Monday or whenever they are open to get it looked at to be safe.

    Well I stopped bf at a little over 7 months. I know a little boy in her class had it not long ago but I don't know if she can get it from him. Maybe she chewed on something that he had chewed on? Either way I am bringing her to pedi Monday if they can squeeze us in. Thank you for advice
