Would you breastfeed hungover?

My SO & I had our first night away from ds last night and we had some drinks with friends. I had about 5 or 6 and stopped drinking at midnight. The last time I drank was December last year so obviously feeling a little bit hungover, just a slight headache and dehydrated. Would you feel comfortable feeding your lo in that condition? I would feel horrible if there was any alcohol in my milk! I know LLL says you can feed 2-3hrs after drinking but it still feels wierd. I just pumped 24 ounces and dont know if I should toss or keep. WWYD?

If you scroll down, there is an algorithm that tells you how long to wait based on how many hours, how many drinks and your weight.  

I think I would use the milk.  And I hope you feel better soon.  If I were hung over today I would just die

i was really hungover after thanksgiving but i used the  milkscreen tests and it said my milk was good.

so yeah, its ok to nurse hungover.  it felt a little weird, though...

Yes, I definitely would.  Your kid can't get drunk from your milk if you're not even drunk still!

I would bf. And OMG at pumping 24 oz of milk!!!!!!! Wow- I could only dream of pumping that much- even in a day

Absolutely! Your body clears a drink an hour, so by 5-6am you would have had no alcohol left.
