Nathan Cole is my fave but I also like Owen Alexander. I think Nathan Edward is nice too (Cole is nms). Least fave is Hudson which is also just nms. Nice list!
Hudson is the only one I don't care for. In NY it's just gross water to me. I think Shane Edward is actually my favorite uncommon yet everyone knows it. Owen is nice but very popular. Nathan Cole is nice too. Edward Cole and Alexander Cole are also nice if you were to flip
Thanks everyone for your help! We live in Texas so the Hudson River isn't going to be an automatic association here. But I appreciate your input. Shane is my favorite but I've also always loved Nate/Nathan. The name will probably just be a game time decision!
Nathan Cole and Owen Alexander are my favorites as well- although I'd lean towards Nathan Cole, simply because I know many recently born Owens. I'm not a fan of Hudson. I think it sounds harsh and doesn't have any good nicknames.

I'm the weird one, I love Hudson. Not harsh to my ears at all. Easily recognizable but not over used. I also live nowhere near the Husdson, so I would never make that association. I also love Nathan.
