    Lydia. Matilda is just a little too much of an old lady name to me and I don't think it goes as well with the sibset.

    I like Matilda, don't care for the mn- is it a family name?

    I'd hesitate to use Matilda because (aside from it being nms), I'd be afraid she'd be called "Mati" as a nn. Madison (nn Madi) is so trendy that it would be off-putting for me, imagining my daughter as a Mati.

    Yes, all of our middle names are family names.
