WAYDTGKU: waiting. And PNV (this still makes me laugh, y'all)
R/R/CS: I'm pretty sure you guys know what I'm gonna say here! 47 minutes left on the long flight, short layover, then one more 2 hour flight between me and a nice long shower.
I preent to to you all: Hong Kong airport version all the colors! Because bored.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? This will sound crazy, but curtains for my living room. I've had such a hard time with this decision, and it's because of the cost. When we picked the floor plan of the house, I loved it because of the living/dining area. It's all open, and has 20 foot ceilings. There are huge windows, and they pretty much go floor to ceiling. Given that, the panels need to be 18feet long, which means custom, which means $$. I need about 52 yards of fabric for the project. I haven't been able to commit to a choice yet, but the closest I've come is an option that's $56/yard on sale. It's such a big decision and the struggle is real. I should be better at adulting by now.
Alternate easy choice is this super cute crossbody LV bag I've been eyeing for about 8 months. And it's less expensive than the curtains LOL. Hubby told me I could buy it when I was in Paris in October, but with their exchange rate, it added 10% to the price off the bat, and then their tax would add another 20%. F that noise.

WAYDTGKU: Provera! Metformin, PNV, temping, more coming soon
R/R/CS: I slept in later and I still don't want to get out of bed haha. I started my Provera yesterday so the countdown to things happening has begun!!
GTKY: A house! Since DH is active duty we keep going back and forth on whether to buy a house or not, if we were rich there wouldn't be a debate and we could just purchase one!

WAYDTGKU: charting CM, temping, OPK, PNV, exercise, and using the WaterPik!
R/R/CS: Last night was rough due to FSILs being TW - the one hasn't answered a single email from 3 of my BM or me - and she lives in the same town as us!!! I'm really upset with her since FI gave her all of his furniture to use until we buy a bigger house. You think she'd at least show a common courtesy of responding?! On a bright note...
Temp is headed downward and FI seems to think every time I get emotional, AF is on her way, but it's usually actually O that's about to happen (I think). Got my darkest OPK yet this morning, but it's about equal to the test line. So confused about when I'm going to ovulate but I think it's soon. I have been getting tiny bits of EWCM and then it's back to W the next time I check. so I don't know if I should change that on my chart. I bought Preseed for when we get to start TTC. Here's my chart if anyone has input.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to?
I would buy a bigger house. We're working on it, but it won't be for two years. I am far from work now and don't really want to live closer than 30 minutes just because it isn't where I want to live. Unfortunately the neighborhoods that are in the area I want to be in are super expensive, so we are saving up and waiting for the value of my current house to go up!
@mokay19 My FI was already a vet before I met him, so I didn't experience active duty. But I know he was moving every 3-6 months since he was an officer. He didn't reup since it was so tough on family life. Thanks for your service!!!
@Krys Hoping for a frizz-free hair day for you!

WAYDTGKU: all the things it feels like
R/R/CS: So temp was exact same as yesterday.... Freakin eye rollllllll. I'm pretty sure my BBT is going out on me. Can you just get me cross hairs and then die on me? Thaaaaanks. Also I used the last wondfo my friend gave me and only have the digitals now which are still reading negative... I read online that some people don't get the smile until the day of O with those rather than before, but who knows the accuracy of that information. I just want O to be today so we can be done with the work part of this cycle! But DH is going strong with the HIO so that's good.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to?
Oh man.... Probably a beach house. If that's not an option then a boat. Mine and DHs family both have lake houses (nothing fancy), one in Michigan and one in Kentucky, which is kind of perfect since we are in Ohio. But being on the water is just my happy place! We are going to my family's house in Michigan for the 4th and I can't waaaaait
@Schumerator - my bbt shit the bed mid cycle the one before last, which was super awesome because the new one was so much different and the entire month looked like a shitshow. The worst!! Hoping for the o soon!

WAYDTGKU: Meh.
R/R/CS:
Rant - Welp, another decline in temp. I told H yesterday that I would be SUPER shocked if I did not have a spike today and we could rest. But instead, wrong again. We have had sex more this month than we have any other month in our relationship. When I was showing him my chart yesterday, he made a comment about how I have said like 2 other times that I thought I was about to O. And that while he doesn't mind all the sex, it IS a lot. So now it seems like when we need to HIO, he is getting tired a lot quicker, and it takes him much longer, and things kind of go... soft. And then I feel bad about all of it, and myself. I feel like I will stop my rant here, and pick it up again when WTF Wednesday pops up.
Rave - Since I feel/felt defeated this morning, I stopped and got a smores frap. #sorrynotsorry
CS - Feel free to take a look at my crazy ass chart. *pout*
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to?
This bad bitch right here.
2017 Mustang Shelby GT350
But on a more practical note, I would buy myself a house with a lot of land in the mountains of Montana. Or a beautiful house on the water in the Keys. Polar opposites, I know.

R/R/CS: so relieved to have normal follicular phase temps this cycle, now not being on shift work. For those of you who drink RRL, do you stop it post-O? Seems like lots of opinions on the internets.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? May seem
silly, but I would fence our entire property (we have a few dozen acres) and get a pimped out security system. Would just alleviate a lot of stress!!

GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? For fun, a vacation house in florida would be awesome so we could relax by a pool and also go to legoland and disneyworld as often as the kids want. A more practical thing we need is new furniture, and lighting fixtures. Our couches are all at the end of their life, and I'm ready to update the lighting.

@NYTino24 IL's are the worst sometimes! DH has 4 other siblings, and each has a crazy different personality. Coming from just my older sister and I, sometimes it's overwhelming!
@Schumerator Boo for your thermometer being dumb! But yay that DH is holding out strong lol!
@GrabberBlue2010 Sorry your O is being so elusive! That's very frustrating. Hopefully it comes really soon so you guys can take a breather!
@sevenn We live in the middle of no where, mountains, and I would still like a security system. Just because you never know!
@Daisy621 Yay for a good scan!! So sweet of DH to send you roses!

WAYDTGKU: PNV, Vitamin D, Letrozole 7.5mg, Novarel, IUI, and more than likely Estrogen. Definitely progesterone after IUI.
R/R/CS: I've decided the reason last cycle was a BFN, is because DH and I didn't have enough BD sessions before the IUI. So our timing was off. Of course, it's the RE's job to get the timing right lol, but this cycle I'm going at it hard. Like, starting Friday. I'll make sure we take the day or two before IUI off, so his swimmers have a chance to regroup for good numbers for the IUI. But otherwise, game on!
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to?
Definitely a house! I'd like something with a lot of land, a huge two or three bay garage for DH, an in ground pool, and most importantly a kitchen with ALL the cabinet/counter space. We live in a house that DH's mother owns, so we don't pay rent or have a mortgage. So we can't really beat that. But it's small, and is also way too close to MIL (who lives to our right) and SIL/BIL who live in front of us. Too close. Way too close.
Cycle/Month: 6/8

WAYDTGKU: Clomid + Ovidrel, HIO
R/R/CS: I'm just going to assume that today is day I ovulate - I certainly feel bloated enough for it, and had some cramping on both sides this morning and a wee bit last night. (Two eggs, perhaps?!) I'll move over to the TWW tomorrow. In the meantime, DH have been HIO, and plan to keep at it until tomorrow or Friday, even. Today is actually our wedding anniversary so we'll be celebrating over dinner tonight.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? Oh man, I don't even know. Probably a new car for DH. He's running a 2003 Sebring into the ground. It's starting to rust and the AC is shot. I would love to get him whatever car he wanted!

A lake house but probably still where I live, then I can have the woods and the lake!
@Krys That pic is gorgeous, even though I'm sure the last thing you think is pretty is an airport right now Hope the rest of the trip goes smoothly and you can get the F out of there
@mokay19 I'm so happy for you to get this cycle over with and on better things!
@NYTino24 sorry FSIL is being a TW. It did take me a minute to figure out what BM is, and it makes a lot more sense now
@Schumerator a beach house sounds heavenly!
Cycle/Month: 6/5 (plus 6 ntnp)
CD: 13
WAYDTGKU: Nothing outrageous at this point. Still have another week or so before FW even starts so... *shrug*
R/R/CS: Really hoping O doesn't take her sweet ass time again this month. If so, then DH will be out of town and another almost 6 week cycle down the drain. I see my new PCP on 7/7 and at that appointment I am going to request to see the RE who works in the same practice to get the ball rolling on that. I really wanted one more cycle with good timing before getting to this point, but I don't want to wait any longer since I'm old.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself? I'm going to have to go with @GrabberBlue2010 and go with a new car, but only because mine got totaled last week- in an accident that wasn't my fault. If that hadn't just happened, I'd probably go with something more fun like a new wardrobe- does that count as one thing?
Sorry, I'm Debbie Downer today
@Daisy621 - So happy everything looks good from yesterdays ultrasound! That is fantastic DH sounds sweet! Happy Anniversary!
@mrsdaddario - Thanks! Loving the plan you have in place for this cycle. And all your determination and positive thinking! FX this will be your month! Holy moly that is a whole lot of living close to the in laws. No rent is nice. But dang!

My husband grew up in India and apparently HFM disease isn't over there so he wasn't immune like most American adults. My poor boys.. I dont know who is more pitiful.

@mokay19 FX for stuff to happen!
@schumerator Man – I didn’t know that if you get same temp a few days in a row it was a bad thing? That happened to me last month – the first month I was temping. Could my thermometer be bad right out of the box??

GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to?
Probably all new clothes. I've been trying to slowly add nicer pieces and develop a more "grown up" wardrobe, but it would be awesome to just go on a total shopping spree instead.

I'm going to see them again tonight so hopefully I can manage not to cry this time. I'm handling seeing babies better since the MC but it still stings.
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? I'm also going to say a new house! Kitchen must have LOTS of cabinets and counter space, double oven, and an island you can sit around. Bigger bedrooms and bathrooms, in-ground pool, and nice porch. I would build the deck off our kitchen back door DH and I have been talking about for over a year. When we priced it for how big we want it it would be $5000 or more. We are doing Dave Ramsey and we just took money out of our emergency fund to pay off our PMI (3 years!) early, so now we have to put it back before we can have discretionary spending again. It would be so nice to have this summer though!

Also got a SA requisition for DH and he will go Monday to have that ran. He actually took my request much better than I thought. I asked him what his thoughts were on having to do it and his reply was "I just hope my results are good". Me too H! I will only be CD 9 so it shouldn't affect HIO too much. Heading out in a bit to go see a concert a few hours away! Very excited!
GTKY: A brand new truck. We have been talking about getting one. DH is obsessed and it would be convenient where we live and also then we could get a bigger trailer for camping but it's just not in the budget right now. Also I'd need an unlimited gas card to go along with it! My SUV is already enough of a gas guzzler.

R/R/CS: I don't know what is going on with my hormones exactly but the last week or so I feel like I'm PMSing. I've been hungry all the time and craving chocolate which is very normal for me during PMS but not really normal during any other point in my cycle. My back is killing me. And I'm having hot flashes/night sweats. Granted that isn't normal for me at any point in my cycle ever. I'm a little perplexed by that. As someone who is typically cold all the time it's weird. But don't worry guys, I'm not going to go to all super special unicorn snowflake and be like "I haven't even ovulated yet but I'm totes pregnant!"
I just wanted to complain about how during the part of my cycle where I'm supposed to feel pretty good I've felt pretty... less than ideal. But as a consolation I typically get migraines for a week or so before I ovulate and so far no migraines. So the break from migraines has been lovely.
And I'm of course complaining to a group of ladies where a lot of you have it worse. I'm sure the side effects of Clomid and such aren't exactly a walk in the park.
I decided to google "unicorn snowflake" on a whim. Google did not disappoint:
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? I'd get myself a new car. My reasoning for that is that right now my husband and I only own 1 car. The past several years he's had a job where he has a company car that he drives so I just drive our 1 car. But my husband is unhappy with his job and I'd really like to have him home more also. I don't like this time where he leaves on Sunday and is out of town working till midnight on Thursday. And it makes it extra challenging to get good timing for TTC since we're just crossing our fingers that O will fall where weekend sex gives us good timing since that is all we'll get. Anyhow, I'm off on a tangent. So my husband has been looking for a new job where he'd be home more but he is overlooking a lot of really good jobs that come with a decent pay increase and such because they don't offer a company car and my husband doesn't want to have to get another car right now. I feel like if we had another car then he'd be free to get whatever job he wants without having to consider whether or not he'll have a company car.

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CBDA OPKs, PNV+DHA, Vitamin D, fish oil, CoQ10, EPO, Fertilitea, green tea, grapefruit juice, fertility foods, baby aspirin, Mucinex, preseed, HIO when we're in the same town
R/R/CS: Not much today. H left for work this morning so FW party resumes on Friday!
GTKY: As the person who would always wish for more wishes, I'd buy something suuuper expensive like a giant hotel and then sell it so I could buy all the things. But since that probably skirts the actual question, I'd be torn between three things:
- A huge parcel of land---at least a couple hundred acres--somewhere that would either be valuable later on for real estate or has value as farm land.
- An airplane, along with all of the other stuff you need like insurance, a hangar, gas, maintenance, etc.
- A full remodel of our house, including furniture, with a hotel stay during remodeling. We got in while it was still a buyer's market but it's stuck in the early 90's and worn. We're prioritizing paying off loans before we save up for a remodel so it's coming but it's still a few years out. And we're waiting on buying real furniture (as opposed to our mis-matched his and hers stuff) until we remodel and know what will 'fit'.
If I'm thinking long game, land definitely wins. If I'm thinking about what I really just want right now, remodel wins.Married: June 2011

@mrsdaddario I'm glad you have a positive outlook and plan for this cycle! You're our next beary
@clover28 oh no!! How long until you guys are allowed to HIO? Will you miss fertile week?? And your sons fever was from HFM then?
@NamelessAria the loveit is for that awesome snowflake find. Excellent.
Month/Cycle: 4/2 (1 TTCAL)
CD: 12
WAYDTGKU: both pnvs, extra folic acid, fish oil, baby aspirin
R/R/CS: No O in sight yet.. see chart for ridiculous temps seesawing. It's making a very pretty picture.
Question #1: Do you guys use OPKS daily or twice daily when you think you're going to O? I expected O already so have been using twice a day because I don't want to miss it. But I might run out if it decided to be more similar to my loss cycle!
Question#2: What do we call clear, wet, kinda stretchy CM? It's not stretching more than a few centimeters. Should I call it watery? Or is it sticky? But isnt sticky opaque and not clear? I haven't had fertile CM since March so I can't remember anything -.-
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? A massage clinic with therapists for my personal use in house...
Or this:
Aston Martin Vanquish Volante. It has a sexy butt on it. And goes vroooooom.

WAYDTGKU: BD ED forever and ever, or at least through Saturday, acupuncture, preseed, OPK
R/R/CS: Got a +OPK today, wahoo! I had acupuncture yesterday and she hit my 'go' points so hoping it'll help with a nice strong ovulation and progesterone surge..come onnnn egg! I actually have really high hopes for this month for several reasons (*TW loss mentioned*): 1. It's the first full month trying back in acupuncture, which was the ticket last time. 2. My first pregnancy was in June 2013 and I was due with that baby in March 2014. We lost that baby. If I get pregnant this month, I will be due March 2017. I feel like it would be a redemption a little bit. I'm trying not to get too hopeful, but it's hard not to. I texted DH this morning it was go time and he texted back, *ahem* and I quote "I'm gonna put this D in that P until we both see stars"
He had my dying reading his texts At least he's making jokes about it!
Question: I've hardly had any EWCM this cycle which is very unusual for me. I have some preseed that has since expired from TTC DS but do you ladies think I should use the expired preseed to help preserve the swimmers in my hooha until O, or just go with the natural CM that is happening, even if it's just watery?
GTKY: If you could go buy yourself one material thing and money was no object, what would you treat yourself to? A trip to Paris! ETA I just read @Schumerator answer and I'm changing mine ~ DEFINITELY beach house!!!
@Krys Hope your remaining trip goes/was smooth
@mokay19 FX for movement of some kind soon in your cycle
@NYTino24 If the two lines are equal, it's +! HIO girl! You and me both
@grabberblue2010 Ughhh so frustrating, come on O!
@Sevenn I drink RRL on and off all cycle long. I also drank it throughout my pregnancy with DS and swear it helped so much with labor pains
@Daisy621 Roses are always nice
@Mrsdaddario There will be a lot of sexy time all around on this board through this week and weekend it seems! Get it!!
@clover28 Oh no, I hope your son and DH feel better soon
@swimsister I love that you're using a DTBMMLF Gif!! You've totally been binge watching haven't you?
@ktcakes87 So sorry hun, that is rough It's tough navigating your feelings of happiness for your friend but sadness for yourself.
@littlechick2 Yesss, season 2 is just as good. I DO believe she gets pregnant somewhere inbetween season 2 and 3, just a heads up!
