Has anyone VBAC with two different incisions?

Little history i had my first c-section in 2011 my daughter was breeched. In 2014 I had a repeat becausse they said my incision was to low to go through again so they made a new one about an inch above. Does this mean i'm not a good candidate for a VBAC? We are planning to start trying around September this year, but I don't think i could go through another c-section. So has anyone had a VBAC with two incisions?
