    Mosquito bite, Tick bite?, Spider bite. If your concerned you need to go see your doctor.

    Looks like some kind of insect bite to me. Common in summer, nothing to worry about unless it hangs around, multiplies or looks infected. Definitely doesn't look infected in that photo though.
