hcg levels

Hi I'm new here and first time pregnant. I have my first appt. Wednesday the 25th. My blood test yesterday put my hcg level reading at 1,107. According to lmp i am exactly 6weeks 1day today. Is this a normal level, im thinking its a little on the low side. Anybody have similar levels as me? Thanks everyone!

    Check www.betabase.info for reference. The range of "normal" is HUGE. What most important is if they're doubling within the correct amount of time. Also, you say you're size weeks pregnant, but are you certain of your ovulation date? If you ovulate later than the "typical" day 14 that doctors go off of, you may not be as far along as you think hence the "lower" number you think you have.

    I believe i ovulated January 18th. My first faint positive test showed jan 23rd. Does this make sense?

    I agree with the previous response.  When I did my own research, I found the "normal" levels have a HUGE range.  As long as your HCG levels continue to increase, you should be good to go!

    My level last friday was 2457 I go to the dr March 5th for my first ultrasound hoping to be 8 weeks and seeing the baby

    My doctor called when I was 5 weeks 4 days and mine was 3470. I go in Monday at 6 weeks 2 days to see if we can see the baby! Do my numbers seem high? I know the range is pretty large.

    No, this doesn't make sense....you couldn't possibly have had a positive pregnancy test 5 days after ovulation, a fertilized egg wouldn't have even implanted at that point. I ovulated on January 16th (was temping and used OPK's) and I'm 7w. 1d. By what you're telling me that would make you 6w 6d today and you just said you're 6 weeks. So definitely does not make sense.

    No, this is a normal number. MIne were 4,598 at 4w 5d and I've had a sonogram, one bean in there with a 121 bomb heartbeat last week!
