Announcing TB Super Mods!

Hi Bumpies,

The Bump is very excited to announce an enhancement to our community. 

We've been working to incorporate your feedback and to improve your experience in The Bump’s Community. We’re still working on a number of enhancements and projects; one thing that became very apparent was that additional community support was needed in the evenings and on weekends. So we’re launching our new Super Moderator Program!

What is the Super Moderator program? 

We will have super mods who support the high-trafficked areas of our community. The super mods are here to help with the following:

-Serve as an administrator on the boards in their category

-Welcome and orient new members with their boards

-Access to administration tools to support members and to help reinforce the community guidelines (i.e. to check for trolls, delete content or account)

-Escalation contact for moderators within the Super Mods category

So, what does this mean for you?

@Rumbera28 is the Super Mod for the following boards:

-Trouble TTC

-TTC after 35

-Third-Party Reproduction

-Infertility

-Infertility Veterans

-Pregnant after IF

-Success After IF

-Trouble TTC a Sibling

Anything you would usually page @BumpMay for on the weekends or outside of normal work hours should now be directed to @Rumbera28. She will also be assisting the moderators of those boards with their needs when it comes to various issues, such as trolling, etc.

Is @Rumbera28 our new moderator? 

No. Unless she is already a moderator of your board, you should still be paging your mods for the issues you usually would. These will then be escalated to @Rumbera28 if necessary, who will make the decisions that @BumpMay usually would. 

Who is BumpSuperMod2?

@Rumbera28 will be using an account called @BumpSuperMod2. This will only be used to handle situations in an official capacity as a TB Super Mod. She will not be using this account regularly, so please don't page her on it.
